These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop of RASCH Café, Alvaro Steven Martin Correal, Driesener Straße 8C, 10439 Berlin (hereinafter the “provider”).
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.
All prices include statutory VAT. In addition, a flat shipping fee of €6.99 per order applies. We ship within Germany and to large parts of Europe.
Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe (including credit card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna, Apple Pay / Google Pay). The payment methods offered there apply.
The delivery time is usually 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping is handled by our shipping partners.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy. Our goods are delivered vacuum-sealed; for foodstuffs the right of withdrawal is excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 German Civil Code). You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
